Accidentally purchased the wrong....

Character re customization, I wanted a race change but some how in my blind fury I bought the gender change one, but I didn't change anything for that character yet, still have the button at the log in screen

I was wondering if it would be possibly to get a refund and be able to buy the race change without waiting the 30days, or atleast just taking the cooldown off?
