Forced name change still not applied

My guild name was reported as "inappropriate" and I was banned and given a temp name. This took less than an hour. I've replied to the email from Blizzard with my suitable alternative names, yet haven't heard anything since sending the email Tuesday.

How long is this going to take?

Another player can grief me and hide behind the ToS and it takes no time at all, but to get it fixed takes several days?
