Hello, I had an account with 2 level 80's on them, and alas seems they have been transferred.
I found them, they still active. But not on my account.
So my question is, how did they get off my account? I thought you needed to have the same name to xfer off to another account? If this is the case, how did they get around this?

In order to transfer characters between two Battle.net accounts, Undoubtedly, both accounts need to be registered in the same name and the Secret Question on the source account must be answered.

If you did not authorize the characters to be transferred, you will need to submit an investigation request here:

Unauthorized Paid Character Transfer support:
http://us.blizzard.com/support/article/transferform

When the investigation has concluded you will be notified of the results.
