Your play time expired... Huh what play time?

My wow subscription is set on my credit card (expire in 2014)
My subscription is active if i refers to my account management

But I keep getting a warning in game via a pop up ... "Your play time expired in 30 minutes" every hour or so with a countdown. When the countdown is over nothing happen, i can play the game no problem. After all my subscription is on a credit card for the last 5 years. But that warning re-pop over and over again. It's very annoying. I never use prepaid time card in my entire life.

Send ticket in game .. GM copy / paste one of those message which wasn't even close to help me out with this problem which is why i post here.

Though our In-Game Support staff is well versed in many areas they may not always be aware of current billing related issue. In most cases regarding billing specific issues they are only able to direct you to contact our Billing and Account Services department directly.
