Account Compromised

Hello, over the night it appears my account has been accessed by keyloggers, my email address for the account has been changed (I was logged in the forums from last night. From the select character button on the forums I can see that 3 of my level 80s have been deleted, and my paladin has been changed to retribution.

I cannot get in contact with Billing and Account services right now, I am requesting to lock my account before I head to school so it isn't furtherly compromised.

I am sorry to hear of the compromise, Begson.

Since the email address was changed on the account you will need to contact Account Services by phone to discuss the issue. Make sure to thoroughly scan the computer looking for malicious software and create a brand new email address before contacting them. It also appears as though action has already been taken against the account preventing further compromise. Contact them when you get the chance.
