Prepaid Visa for Character Transfer (Help)

Ok so I bought a 50$ prepaid visa card, registered it online and tried to do the transfer and it isn't working. I activated the card around 6:30 pm last night and it is now 12:15, I think it should be activated by now but I just can't seem to get the transfer to work.

If I were to call blizzard about this, how exactly would they be able to help me with this?

What error message do you receive to indicate “it is not working”, Stalk?

The error message you received could be a result of maintenance since all the realms are offline at this time.

Maintenance is scheduled to complete at 11:00am Pacific Time (about 90 minutes from now). Once maintenance is completed, paid services become available shortly thereafter.

In the meantime please contact the financial institution to see if there are any issues with the card and to clarify it is activated.

Have you verified the available balance on the card itself? Due to the multiple attempts, you may be experiencing a case of “funds held”.

If you continue to experience issues processing the Paid Character Transfer, you may wish to try another credit card if able or contact Account Services by phone for assistance:
