Any idea how accurate the time is on the holding queue for support calls?

After trying to get through for 15 minutes, I got through...was told wait was 43 minutes. I'm at 53 minutes now....

Also, every few minutes I hear a beep on the phone...almost like my call is being picked up and put back on hold. Is that what I am hearing?

I'm not certain what the beep may be, Imsoold, if you are using a cell your battery may be running low.

I hope you were able to get through before that happened. :)
