Friends account hacked...

Okay, im posting this on behalf of my friend cause his account has been hacked, its been a few days since he logged on, and he went to log on this morning and it says his email/password is wrong, he went into try changing it and it said that the email/name combination is wrong...so im guessing hes been hacked and the people somehow got around his authencator and changed the email on it, so can a blue help me with this please? thanks.

If the email address was changed on the account, Purekill, your friend will need to contact Account Services by phone to address the issue and update the information.
