Need help with!

I'm tying to buy an authenticator and the site keeps going back to the home page after I click "checkout". The only phone number to call says that the que is full and can't help me. Seriously, you'd think that Blizzard would have a phone number that can take 11 million ppls call. I;m buy something and I cant't and theres no way to get in contact with them.

Hi Gamma,

The issue is normally caused by bad cached data or cookies. Have you tried clearing your web browser’s cache and cookies?
    For Firefox:
    Click on Tools and select Clear Recent History
    Place a check on cookies and cache
    Click Clear now
    Restart Firefox

    For Internet Explorer
    Click on Tools and select Internet options
    Under browsing history click on Delete
    Click on Delete Cookies
    Restart Internet explorer
