My mates account, with the character 'Ellias' on Barthilas, has been hacked into through his email. He has contacted you guys by email twice, and called once but could stay on hold long enough to wait for someone to answer.

We have run scans on his comp and reset his email password.

However, this was on Monday this week, we were hoping for at least a reply from Blizzard by now.

Well, if he wrote in from anything but the registered email address we won't be able to accept his correspondence - and if the email is compromised, well - that's an issue.

Ask him to check his email for a new password that should have been sent on 8/31. If he doesn't see that - a call to Billing might be best, and setting up a totally new and unrelated email wouldn't be a bad idea either.
