Character Transfer Issues HELP Quickly plz

So my buddy is in the army and hes trying to transfer his guy to my server so we can play together, but every single time he tries to transfer his guy to my server he gets half way thru the confirmation process and one page always doesnt load and said Sorry and Error has occured, and he tried with multiple toons just to test it. Does anyone why this is happening? Blue post asap plz I would really like to play with my buddy who is stationed in the army right now.
