Urgent Question

How do I report, or file a complaint against a Game Master? A friend of mine had his account banned unjustly while the Game Master investigating the issue acted irresponsibly and maliciously against this person. Its outrageous to think that there is no way to keep these people responsible for their actions, allowing them to run rampant on others. Thank you.

While this is the correct information on where to post feedback, it sounds more like your friend wishes to contest an action taken on their account.

If this is the case, they will want to speak with our Account Administration department. Your friend should e-mail them from their registered account e-mail address to wowaccountadmin@blizzard.com.

If you wish to expressive constructive criticism about the way that your interaction with the GM staff went, as above, the best course of action is to send an e-mail to WoWGMFeedback-US@Blizzard.com.

With this, I think we'll close this up. All proper venues of contact have been given, and there is nothing further that is appropriate for forum discussion.
