Error processing transaction?

I've been trying to upgrade my account to a WotLK account for a couple of days now via digital upgrade, but I keep getting an error from the server stating it cannot process the transaction.

I have confirmed that all the information (card number, billing address zip, name, expiration, and veri code) are correct. There are no 'online purchase' limitations on the card. I've also used this card in the past to activate my account and purchase digital upgrades from Blizzard.

I don't understand what the problem is. I emailed support about it, and they basically told me to clear all my internet cookies, etc. and see if that works. If that didn't, use a different browser. I did both of those, and still no luck.

Any suggestions?

^^ This may indeed help if it's a browser issue - but a call to Billing should be helpful as well.

What you probably should NOT do is try this repeatedly. That could result in multiple pending charges putting 'holds' on the funds. Those go away, but depending on your financial institution, could be a few days before the available credit or balance is restored.
