Question about X-Server xfers and Heirlooms

As the title asks, I am wondering if it is possible to send some heirloom gear across server by throwing it on an alt, then paying to transfer the alt to another server? Also, will encahnts work the same too?

Well technically Masq is a troll and these are the forums... but he is also correct.

Bind on Account/Heirloom items are restricted by the mail system but otherwise are normal items. If you give them to an alternate character and transfer that character the items will go with it. Once the character arrives on the destination realm you will be able to use the mail system to send the items to other characters who are on that realm and account.
