Please, my account was hacked! pls read story

This april i stopped playing wow because i got a gf, but then i moved from california, awesomee place, to ohio! so of course im going to start playing wow again right? wrong! because someone hacked my account! i was able to recover the account by changing the password, but main has lost all armr!(moonkin and healing), all my gold, and all my bags plus almost everything in my bank! please please help me, im desperate to start playing again becasue i still havent made any friends at my new school. can a GM help me at all?

Our logs only go back so far, Chazic, this is true. However, April wasn’t that long ago.

I honestly do not have all the exact details for you. What I can advise is submitting an in-game ticket like Diamora mentioned. In the ticket you will want to reference when you stopped playing the game, the names of the characters affected, the realm, and any other relevant information.

You may also wish to do a full system scan of your computer just to be safe, and consider getting an authenticator to protect the account further.
