Teleport hack is back, Blizzard does nothing

When you witness this kind of thing, Makko, we ask that you report it to us via in-game petition. While we do have certain measures to detect many of these things, occasionally one may slip past the radar, so to speak. In that case, we rely on player reports to help us out. Our Game Masters would be most appreciative if you can provide them with a name and realm of the character doing this so that they can be investigated.

Thanks, Makko, but I am not a Game Master - I am a Customer Service Forum Representative, and I am only able to moderate the topics here and provide insight. I do not address in-game petitions.

Some investigations can take a longer time than you may expect to fully come to fruition. Keep in mind that our Game Masters are unable to provide you with the results of their findings, so it can be difficult to tell if any action has been taken. If you continue to see this player hacking or possibly botting, please continue to report it to us after a fairly generous period. 2-3 weeks in between is a fairly rough estimate, but may be a good place to start.

I do apologize for the inconvenience in the mean time, but more sensitive issues can require closer investigations and observations so that we are able to resolve it on a grander scale. =)
