Urgh. My request was denied? (Mount Transfer)

Ok, I really don't have enough room to type this in game on my ticket, heh. Really needs to be more room in those things.

Anywho, this is my situation. I collect mounts. (On my Paladin) I would pick a mount over a raid any day. (Just check out my gear, that says enough.) Sometimes even though I have both mounts, I will do the raid Zul'Gurub anyway. For one it's a raid that looks nice and is jungle themed, I'm a sucker for that. It's also nice to farm because a good 35ish gold is dropped in there for each boss I kill, not to mention all the loot from the snakes.. plus their skins when I'm on my druid!

Just this past week, I decided to farm it again. After I loot a boss I killed, the Raptor Mount drops. O.M.G. I really thought this was cool, but I have the Swift Zulian Tiger and the Swift Razzashi Raptor already. So I was hoping a GM would be willing to transfer the useless mount over to my Warlock, who also goes in ZG every lock-out since her level allowed it. This is do-able right? Maybe?..

Wrong! :( The response to my ticket said that people need to earn their own achievements / gear / things like that. This threw me off. I DID earn the mount, no matter what character it was on. It was an unexpected drop.. I never thought I'd see either mount drop again. I mean, it's a little mean to tell me you're not going to switch it over and it's going to sit and rot & be useless. :/ It has NO use on my Paladin, but on my Warlock it would actually be used! Nobody went with me to Zul'gurub, nobody else is eligible for the loot. I'm really just hoping maybe if I open another ticket, another GM would be willing to help? :/ Or would this be wasting my time?

Note: Another friend on another realm asked to transfer a mount (White Polar Bear from the daily quest) over to another character that wasn't even his. They told him no, since the mount was already in his collection.
Well, I already had the raptor, so the mount that dropped isn't in my collection! It's sitting my bags. Bleh.

Again, my question is if I open another ticket, do you think another GM would be willing to help? :/ Or am I wasting my time?

I will be completely honest with you, Français, the issue has already been reviewed and the answer will remain the same. We will be unable to transfer the mount to the warlock as you would like. You have already submitted a ticket concerning this matter and we provided the same answer.

If you would like the mount on the warlock you will need to run Zul'Gurub on this character.
