Scroll of Resurrection problem

Hi,

I just casted a scroll of resurrection on my friend couple days ago. But he paid the monthly fee before he accept my invitation which was send to his email. Now, his account management says he's not eligible to take that resurrection because he paid the monthly fee first instead of accepting my invitation. Here is my question. Am I still eligible to get the credit though? Because i have convinced him to come back and play with me again. It would be great to get the help from the GM.

Unfortunately, Terroblade, this is not something a Game Master or my fellow CSF Representatives would be able to assist with. However, it is possible that Billing may be able to assist with the situation. =)

I advise getting in touch with them and explaining what happened. Be ready to provide the name and realm of a character on your friend's account so they can locate all the information they need to investigate.
