Scroll of Ressurection not working?

Hey, I tried to cast a Scroll of Resurrection on my brother, but it says his account hasn't been inactive for 90 days. The account in question is <removed>. He hasn't played since 5/29/10 (10 day free trial on 5/19)
Seeing as how it's 9/7/10, I'm confused.
I don't remember any of his character names, and they're not in the armory either, I think one was named.... Acewarlock
Can a blue help me please?

I do not show any reason why your brother would be unable to accept the Scroll of Resurrection, Äceknight, since the account has been inactive for 90-days, and has not been upgraded to Wrath of the Lich King.

Did you try to recruit him using his email address or the character name and realm?
