It seems here lately, and I don't know when it started has I jst got bit by it, There now seems to be level 1 toon(s) camped out at the different Neutral Auction Houses, their very obvious goal is to catch people passing items back and forth between their Horde and Alliance toons and snag them up for cheap.
I fully understand that posting on the AH makes it fair game...etc.etc, I'm not QQing about that. Though I don't believe they are being fair in how they achieve it. They are pretty obvious, The micro second I hit "Create Auction", they buy whatever item is posted. I can even post level 1 gray or white items sometimes and if I keep the price around 1-2 copper they will auto buy it. Since I started watching, I notice the account will be logged in what appears to be 24 hours a day. They are logged in when I head out to work, if I check in at lunch, get home from work, go to bed at night, they are there. I never see them show has away (but I'm not watching that closely)
Pretty sure it would be almost impossible for someone to be logged in 24 hours a day, never show away and instant buy whatever item is posted. I feel sorry for them, if they really are there all that time
I say all that to ask the simple question, and hopefully get an Offical response from Blizzard on what actions should I take. I've recently started filing a support ticket, with the character name, location , etc. Should I do this ? Is there a better way ? or is this just wasting GM's time and Blizzard preferred I didn't ?
My guess is it's Gold farmers and most likely will not go away, but it doesn't take much effort to report them when find them, if that's what Blizzard would prefer I do.
