Account locked - suspicious activity

My account keeps getting locked for suspicious activity, I have no idea why though. I dont share my account, I have never bought gold, never paid for power leveling. I was hacked about a month or two ago, Its been sorted out and I have an authenticator on my account. Please can I get some answers as to why you keep locking my account?

I checked on the account in the event that a malicious party was trying to access it, Hellanah, and I do not show anything of the sort.

The account being locked may be a residual matter from the compromise. It may not be a bad idea to scan your computer anyway to be on the safe side. If you feel it necessary, you may wish to change the email address associated to the account as well.

I'm really careful about internet security and none of the scan I've tried have shown up anything untoward on my PC. Might I recommend you contact our Billing department to get some real information in your profile. If it matches your WoW account, this shouldn't be too terribly difficult to get Billing assistance via phone.
