I'm currently looking to move my Horde druid over to the alliance side on a different server. I asked several people in the game and look online to see, if it's possible to have a faction change and server change for the 25 to 30 dollars, or am i stuck paying each of the costs at the full.

At this time we do not offer a bundle pricing option when purchasing multiple paid services, Velam, but we do receive this request from time to time.

If you would like to see this option implemented, you may wish to post this request on the Suggestions Forum. The developers not only review this thread for in-game ideas but also aspects like the one you mentioned.
