Mr trainee i disagree that my question of WHY some scams are able to have items restored/redistributed and some are not. as you have stated my case is under review for scam. So why is this automatically being denied? Why is nobody either the 4 blizzard GM's or your self able to provide an answer as to why THIS scam does not qualify into YOUR (Mr Trainee)'s definition of hardly ever? so mister "Trainee" please answer my question as to why this is a different case from the ones that are. Please if you can not answer it Mr Trainee if you can not answer this please poke someone else with a little more policy experience and possibly customer experience that can provide the answer.

As a Trainee, to think I am unsupervised in my responses would be a mistake. Everything I have said has been reviewed before it's been passed along. Please take my advice, as I believe you now have some time to reflect on the answers provided little more deeply.
