Getting last Quest of GNomer to do event?

I did I thought all of the quests for the gnomer event but I have not been able to pick up the quest to do the event to get the achievement. What gives. I have went to all of the npc's and have not gotten the quest to fly to the area to pick up the event quest. Is that a level restricted quest if so why give lower levels the ability to do the quests in the first place.

As with most events our Developers want to allow people of all levels to participate to some degree, to be a part of the changes that are coming to Azeroth. In this case you, as a lower level recruit may not be able to participate in the main assault, though without you this assault would not have been possible. You are rewards based on the support that you have provided.

If you feel it should work differently, that those who have yet to reach the upper echelons should be able top participate in the entire event, you are welcome to post in the Suggestion forum. There your feedback may be reviewed by our Developers, the ones who create such events.
