Cant Do Gnomer Event

I'm not entirely certain what the issue is, Prmadmax, if the Druid does not wish to move, you can usually do one of two things. You can switch to a first person view and move into the object/Druid, they are not solid so you should be able to move through them and have access to High Tinker Mekkatorque.

Or you can hit Shift-V or Control-V, that will bring up the name plates for the characters. You should be able to right click on that name plate to speak with High Tinker Mekkatorgue.
