Retrieve 80 Character Help

Hi everyone,

In october 2009 i stop playing world of warcraft for focus on my study. when i log last week on my battlenet, my principal account didn't exist.

Saturday 4 september i has calling at blizzard providing (1800-592-5499) and explain the situation. The GM reput my account on B.net account, but after the call i realise they miss my two 80 character. I guess the hacker transfert it on another account.

So it is possible to recover my 80 character shaman and druid ?

Pro-tip: sorry my english is bad is not my maternal language.

I would advise that you fill out the Character Transfer Support web form, Instant: (http://us.blizzard.com/support/article/30824). The Game Master staff will review the situation and do their best to return your characters to you as quickly as possible.
