I have recently been hacked and all my stuff was stolen including 2 characters. And the 2 stolen characters were replaced with level 1 toons. I have reported the hacking to Blizzard and in less than 10 minutes I recieved emails stating my charaters had been restored. Now when I try to log on to my server I get the "Error Retrieving Character List". Is this normal? And I just need to wait a while, or is this a new issue?
It sounds like there may be more than ten characters located on the realm in question, Mimirikku. If you give me the name and realm of the two characters that should have been restored, I would be happy to look into this further. :0)
