Experience Turn Off?

Today I noticed I had my Experience on. I am 19 twink, and I would prefer not to level. So, I go and try to turn it off.

I get to Behsten, and I click "I no longer wish to gain experience."

So, it brings up the "Are you certain you want to stop gaining experience?" And I click yes.

But for some reason, it does not take my gold, and it does not turn off the experience. My experience WAS on earlier, and I tried to do a Warsong Gulch to make sure. I got an instant queue (Which doesn't happen for 19s often.). It was an Experience-On battleground.

Can anybody help me? I have no clue if it just me. Is anybody else having these troubles?
