Upgrade issue

Umm. I tried upgraded throught he website, but my credit card wouldnt allow me, late ron it said that the upgrade was currently unavailible, so i figured the site was down

Instead i went to battle.net and upgraded through there

But there is a slight problem... It upgraded, but it didnt upgrade my trial account...it made a whole NEW account, so now i have two accounts....the Trial account has my characters on it...and the new account...the one i paid for, has none... This is a mistake, i wanted to upgrade my account, not buy a new one.

If you intended to upgrade a Recruit a Friend account or were looking into keeping the characters on the trial account you will need to contact our billing and account services to see what your options are. Otherwise, you can simply keep the new account.

If the 800 number is not working out for you, try 1-949-955-0283. The number is not a toll free number and long distance charges may apply depending on your phone provider's policy.
