Disappointed in Customer Service

I want to pass onto customer services for their lack of responding on a possible dangerous issue. I witnessed a player in trade broadcasting specific information about a person.

The information included
Name
AIM
Email
Address
Age
Phone
Family Member

I put a GM ticket up because this could be a potential for identity theft, hackers to another person's email, and could equal to harassment if people misused the info. The information broadcasted on trade may potentially be bogus also.

I opened a ticket right away because the broadcasting was continuous. Then I saw another toon different name broadcasting the same information. I was expecting quicker reaction because if the information was valid then as I mentioned it could be a threat to that person.

I gave it 1 day but no answer. So I want to say I am shocked at not getting GM attention. The GM should of reacted much faster to this type of incident. I don't know if this qualifies as a rant or suggestion, but if you have any suggestions I am all ears. My good Samaritan ways are running out of patience with the GMs. Shall I stop being a good Samaritan when I see violations because my lack of trust for GMs responding is running low. Thank you

Lädysinai, all petitions are addressed in the order that they are received. I understand the urgency in this issue - and I agree it can be very distressing to not receive an instant response. But we may not be able to take any action if you remove your petition from queue.

Our queue times are not ideal - we completely agree on that point and we are working to reduce our queue times as quickly as possible. However, it is better that we are able to investigate a little later by you leaving your petition open and allowing our staff to get to it, rather than abandoning it and preventing our Game Masters from ever knowing there was an issue.

We have always been a reactionary service. However, if you believe some of our policies should change, or, for example, we should change the priority of certain issues, I highly recommend you post in our Suggestion forums.

Not everyone is aware of this, but our Suggestion forums are not only for requesting in-game changes, but changes to our policies and procedures as well.
