Got kicked out in an arena game by a GM

Regardless of if you owned the guild or not it was by your decision to join a guild that had a name that violated our policies. It is a players responsibility to know and understand the Terms of Use that they agreed to abide by.

I am sorry for what inconvenience this may have caused you, PvPhero, but our goal is to remove obviously inappropriate names/guild names as soon as possible. We do not monitor each members location before taking the necessary steps.

I'm afraid we are unable to refund the points for a game you may or may not have won. That is simply not an ability that we have.

Since the avatar you are currently posting on has the same inappropriate guild name I will need to lock this thread.
