Alright, I'm lucky enough for some divine reason that my browser autologs me into the forums, but my password has been changed. I didn't even receive any email notification of this!

It happened once already and I changed it as well as my Questions.

I woke up and found out that it was changed. Again. I've heard that in order for the Blues to help me change my password I need to be logged into the account that was hacked (honestly Blizz, that makes no sense) and request it?

Can I get some halp? D:

Hi Nyhmz,

Based on what I can see, a password reset was requested via the battle.net site. This means that someone was able to click on ‘Forgot your account password’, fill out the requested information, go into your e-mail and change the password.

At this point I would recommend following some of the suggestions Aieny offered.
    Make sure you:

Remove any add-ons you may have recently installed
Run an extensive virus scan on your computer
Reset your web browser’s history and cache data
Change the password to both your e-mail and your battle.net account once again
If possible you may also want to change the e-mail address on the account.
If you find any in game items are missing, submit an in game ticket.
You may find additional security information on our sticky post .Let us know if you have any additional questions.
