Let me further look into this for you, Zophia. It is extremely important for us to make sure the proper information is given.

Please do not post screenshots of any sort on the forums. Also, in the future please make sure you create a new thread instead of resurrecting an old one, I will let it slide this time since you were the original poster.

Here is a bit of clarification, Zophia.

There were two main concerns in your petitions, TCG loot cards/codes and Rocket mounts.

TCG – Difference between the card and the code.

Are loot cards sellable for in game currency? No – They physical loot card is considered an out of game item.
Are loot cards sellable for real currency? Yes – This is only to be done outside of the game, again a loot card is considered an out of game items.

Are loot card codes considered an in game item? The scratch off code is NOT. However, once it has been converted to a code that you can use in game, it is considered an in game code.

Are loot card codes sellable for in game currency? Only if it’s the in game code. Keep in mind that these transaction are considered buyer beware. With recent changes these items are now BoE. To avoid being scammed it's recommended you buy an in game item directly in game and not the code itself.

Are loot card items sellable for in game currency? Yes – If you redeem an in game item with an in game code you are able to sell or trade the item for in game currency.
Are loot card items sellable for real currency? No – The item is considered an in game item and should be treated as such.

Can a loot card item be exchange for other in game items or services? Yes – Again, it’s an in game item just like any other.

RAF Rocket Mount –

Is a player able to sell his rocket mount for in game currency? No - RAF Rocket mount is BoP.

Should I report anyone trying to sell an RAF rocket mount for gold? Yes – This is typically a scam waiting to happen.

While advertising an in game loot card code is not against any current policy, please be advised that these transactions are buyer beware.

In any case, should a scam occur, feel free to submit an in game ticket and our game masters will investigate accordingly. Always use your best judgment and be aware that even when a scam is verified, gold redistribution is not always guaranteed.
