To be clear, Kukui, your petition was submitted 2 days 1 hour and 15 minutes ago. That isn't to say that we are happy with that time frame but you have not been waiting for 3 days yet.

In some cases it simply takes a bit of time for the information to update and the mount to be sent to each character. I have a shiny button I can try but I would need you to log out of your account completely first.

Please let me know when you have done that.

I completely understand the frustration, Kukui, but I like to clarify on times. Since queue times are around 3 days and you are just over 2 I didn't want you getting even more frustrated when it appeared that your petition wasn't being addressed for 4 days. :)

Ok, I pressed the shiny button on my end, hopefully that did the trick. Can you try logging in again and checking the mailbox?

You can log back in, Kukui. It was being fairly stubborn but you should be set now.
