[Bug] Missing Spirit Healer in Vashj'ir

There's no spirit healer at the graveyard in Beth'mora Ridge. I'm pretty much stranded on this character now with no way to resurrect, since I died of fatigue 200 feet in the air after a disconnect (also another bug, corpses don't obey gravity).

Has anyone else had this problem?
