I had a complaint that I filed a few days ago on this character. This afternoon it turned to escalated and then "you will be serviced soon". However, in that time span, I had reported spam by clicking on someone's name in trade chat and reporting them for listing a gold selling site.
I finally got a response to my ticket today, which had to do with misappropriated gear from a raid, and sadly, my in-game mail was about how I reported spam and how it would be easier next time if I just clicked the link in trade and typed it out, not my original problem that I had made a ticket for!
Also, now there is no longer an "open ticket" box at the top of my screen. Do I have to resubmit my original problem and wait another week?
This is a bit odd :)
