I know I've read before that a GM can free up a used name under certain circumstances. There is a name that I have been wanting for a long time but it is always unavailable. I have searched the Armory and there are no characters level 10 or over that are using it on the realm. (I have been watching it for many months.) What do I need to do to see about this? Just page a GM in-game? What are the circumstances required for this to happen? (If it even can be done?)
As others have indicated, you'll want to place an in-game petition with this request. =) Just be sure you include the name you want and the realm you want it on. Our Game Masters may not always be able to fulfill these requests, but they should be able to look into it for you.
