Account deleted? GM help again

So, a couple of GMs contacted me, they restored my account but bc its compromised i cant get to it since the mail was changed, GM Sonocron told me this: "In order to protect your privacy and security, we will be unable to restore access to the account until we have received the documentation requested in our original email to you. It is important to note that we are unable to assist any player in regaining access to an account not created in his or her own name."
Well that original mail to me, iono whats supposed to mean BUT i never recieved a mail telling me i gotta send documentation to an email adress to verify thats my account. Like i got all my documents here, ID, birth certificate, all that !!!!, but iono what i gotta send and where. ive been waiting for 27 hours for that email response and still nothing, cmon guys i barely got time to play wow since i got college, i dont wanna come home and be doomed to watch TV T_T and iam also losing my paid time :( and my raids with my guild :(. Remenber i cant make the call since iam not from US and its way to expensive ;S

PD: This is a friend account since my real ACC its LOCKED.
