Character Transfer trouble

I have two characters on one account that I want to merge with another account. But the two characters I want to transfer are arena team captains and I have no time on the account to remove it so I can transfer. I need to have the arena team captain status removed so I can transfer.

Open an in-game petition on your current, active account. Explain that you are the owner of that account/arena team, and request a Game Master either disband or pass leadership to person X.
