Server tranfer problems

I've been trying to transfer servers, im not in a guild or any arena teams and i dont have any mail in mail box i have waited a few hours and checked my mail box again still nothing in it. i just keep getting message

"The character you are trying to transfer has mail in his or her mailbox, or inbound mail that hasn't arrived yet (possibly from a quest). Please wait until all inbound mail has arrived and make sure your mailbox is empty before trying again. "

i have used the Character Transfer service before a few months back without any problems.

Go ahead and try to transfer the character and let me know if you run into further issues.
