Am stuck behind 2 rocks ... help

I am dead and stuck behind 2 rocks. I tried logging out; I tried shutting down and restarting; I tried "auto-unstuck" ... nothing worked. I ask for a GM to help but we all know it takes them a week or so to get back to you. Anyone know a solution? Thanks in advance!

I understand your frustration by getting stuck, Mykal, but it is not necessary to exaggerate. :) Your last two petitions were addressed in around 2 days, which is where the queues have been averaging for awhile now. The two before that you abandoned, one after 3 hours the other after 10 hours.

I don't see a change in the petition you submitted 25 minutes ago. Though I wanted to mention that capped or not does not matter. You can use the Stuck category in order to submit the petition, just including the word stuck will usually help our staff get to and address your petition as quickly as they can.

I'm not entirely certain what how much a company makes has to do with it. That doesn't make qualified individuals appear out of thin air. What would reduce the queue times dramatically would be not providing as much assistance as we do, but that is not a direction we would want to go. In fact, over the last few years we have increased the number of issues that we are able to assist with which has unfortunately contributed to the extended queue times.
