Problem with Beta and Beta Forums

During the Starcraft 2 beta there was an issue with accounts being flagged as out of prepaid game time. A fix for it was enabling a trial account. So I created one (not knowing it would permanently be part of my battle.net) Fast forward a couple months and I get an email from you guys saying I was in the Cata beta. Awesome... except you gave it to the trial account.

Is there any way to have the "entire" battle.net account flagged for beta? Because it's on "WOW1" I cannot copy any of my high-level characters over to test endgame Cataclysm, I cannot create premade characters, and I can't even ask about this problem in the appropriate forums as the trial account has long-since expired with no characters on it (so I can't create a post).

Any chance a CSR could flag my primary WoW account ([Removed]) as the beta-enabled one, and remove the WOW1 and WOW2 accounts?

The Cataclysm Beta is attached to the Battle.net account, it isn't linked to a specific WoW account on your Battle.net account.

You should be able to log into your Battle.net account, the one this account is attached to, click on the Beta account. The Beta account is labeled WOW1 but it is WOW1 -Public Test Realm (PTR) for World of Warcraft®: Cataclysm Beta, not the trial account also attached to the account.

Then you can click on the PTR Character Copy option which will lead to the following link.

Clicking on that option will lead to a screen that allows you to select which account you want to copy a character from.
