hey guys i just have a question, the question is can i use a prepaid master or visa card to pay for a character transfer? like the ones you can get from safeway or shoppers. sory if this post has already been made on the same issue :)

Currently the prepaid credit cards are not officially supported on our site, Cavela. That is not to say that you are unable to use them, just that I will be unable to guarantee that any particular card would be accepted. We have many players that do use these sorts of cards to pay for their billing cycle and or paid services.

The issue that typically occurs lies with the fact we check the information you provide- your zip code as well as your name-against the information your financial institution has on file. Some prepaid credit cards allow you to register this information to a website listed on the back of the card, allowing it to have this information stored on the card. This should result in a positive match when we ping to request and validate it; successfully matching up the information.
