Hacked account... (again and again)

I logged on recently, i saw my guy's gears gone. i got it back via petition.

but the guy hacked twice changing my password, as i resetted my password 4 times to get him off. i need to stay logged on so he wont remove my gear. what should i do?

(my plan was to cancel my account so i can wait for an authenticator because i dont have it yet.

Hi Hellmonkey,

If your account keeps getting compromised, it most likely means there is a key logger on the computer you are playing on.

I recommend the following steps:

Remove any add-ons you may have recently installed
Try using more than one antivirus program to run an extensive scan on your computer. There is no antivirus program that will catch 100% of all viruses.
Reset your web browser’s history and cache data
Change the password to both your e-mail and your battle.net account
