I reported a fellows name yesterday and a GM responded saying he would look into it.

Fast foward to today and I see him on... With the same name -.-

I am hoping that the GM did look into this, Took action and this fellow put his name in as the same offensive name as before hoping he could get away with it.

Should I open another ticket?

Open another ticket and let the Gm know that you will not be disrespected by having to open another ticket. You want this problem solved and you need to be very stern about it.

I'm sorry, Bonalisa, but that would be a poor way to address such a situation. We are not children nor you a disapproving parent. Remember that Blizzard Entertainment has sole discretion over possible naming violations. If you reported a name and it wasn't changed it does not signify disrespect, it usually means one of two things. Either we have disagreed with the assessment and do not currently deem it necessary to change the name or we agreed that the name should be changed but an error occurred and the name wasn't properly flagged.

Pepperr, if you have reported a name and you are fairly certain that it would violate our policies and you have seen it log in after your petition has been addressed, please submit another petition. It is possible that the name was simply not flagged for a name change or another issue occurred. If there is still no change after a second report and you believe we may have allowed the name to exist and disagree please write to [email protected]. That is the proper contact point to provide feedback, be it positive or negative, for any interaction you have with our In-Game Support staff.

Vrak, Is there anyway for you to check on my report?

I had already, Pepperr. :)

I am very limited on what I can say because I am unable to state what happened one way or another. However, I believe your best course of action would be to keep the petition you have submitted open.

...If anything needs an additional look that will allow the matter to be addressed.
