The reason I posted here was because I still have the in-game ticket. It's been up for 4 days, so I have no idea why it's taking so long
I have reviewed the tickets posted on this account and the tickets concerning this issue were opened a day and a half ago, not four days. :/ The ticket opened 4 days ago was in regards to a locked account, not a BOA item.
