My toon wont show up in ArMory

I have been having this problem a lot. My main toon wont show up in armory. when i log into the armory and sometimes into the forums it says Your account has no characters. and I was trying to buy a figure print of my toon and again it said it couldnt find My toon in the armory. I dont know whats the cause of this since i have all my toons when i log into the game, maybe sine armory is just a beta idk.
