So. Today I got hacked, it happens. I asked my girlfriend to change password information as well as help me add an authenticator from her computer, as I share the account with her (Our accounts are linked under the same info due to RAF). Now however, I was very impressed by how quickly Blizzard returned what was taken from my toon, however I have no idea why they decided to ban my girlfriends account. Help?

Usually an account is closed or suspended in this manner because it was found to have violated one of our policies. Please have your girlfriend contact our Account Administration department. They will be able to look and see if perhaps the account was compromised at the time or an error may have been made.

I'm afraid I'm not aware of queue times for AA though the goal is usually to address these types of disputes within 24-48 hours. Hopefully she'll hear something very soon.
