Ticket has been escalated?

I just came back on and looked at where my ticket icon appears and it says it has been escalated?
Why is it escalated if they had the time to escalate it why didn't it just get answered?
Ahh this is really frustrating please help me =(

Simply, Shank, because not all Game Masters are able to assist with all requests. We have Specialist who deal with more complex issues such as scams, full character restores, some currency exchanges, etc. . . .

Please note that in your case, Shank, there is a timer that allows you to refund a mistaken purchase within 2 hours of "play" time and this is not something that we are usually able to help with. Now that it is escalated though your request will be looked into and they'll let you know.

Aye, which is why we are sometimes in the position to help. We hope to have refund options with those items addressed in the near future.
