Invisible Mail

Trying to do a character transfer for over 15 hours now... keep getting:

The character you are trying to transfer has mail in his or her mailbox, or inbound mail that hasn't arrived yet (possibly from a quest). Please wait until all inbound mail has arrived and make sure your mailbox is empty before trying again.

My mail is CLEAN, i have a GM ticket in since yesterday still no response.

Can anyone please advise so I dont blow the entire weekend in limbo... thnx.

You should be set, Athosian, the spam mail has been nuked.

To answer a question you had in your petition... yes, removing the mail is relatively simple but petitions are usually addressed in the order they are received, hence why your petition was not picked up immediately.
